My name is Najib; I’m very committed, creative, and passionate about making a lasting difference for bout countries, Afghanistan and United States. My enthusiasm is to provide a responsible division for developing effective research, advocacy and communications strategies for maximum impact on any possible organization. I was born in Afghanistan practically grew up in Russian Federation ( Moscow ), familiar with local customs and culture of almost all Ex-Soviet Union Republics and Central Asian region, Now I’m a permanent resident of United States. I always found myself responsible for setting priorities and overseeing detailed research on international relation, geopolitical, economical, political, cultural and human rights issues in Eastern European and Central Asian regions , analytical and credible reports and other advocacy related issues . to generate domestic and international pressure to curb violations. Represent and advocate with high-level the organization’s interests. My priorities are self-motivated, creative, strategic thinker with working aforementioned directions and will have the capacity to serve as an effective advocate and activist. I’m able to juggle multiple tasks and work collegially in a demanding, diverse, and fast-paced environment. I’m able to develop effective working relationships with colleague, organizations and with policymakers, including government officials and representatives of international organizations. I have excellent oral and written communications skills in Russian, Persian, Dari, Pashto, Tajikistan dialect and English. Have a political judgment, proven initiative and follow-through, the ability to work quickly and well under pressure, and a commitment to any possible organization. An advanced degree in international relations ,familiarity with international human rights all are my privilege and priorities. It’s been a year that I lost my job .And desperately need right now , I’m convenced that I could make a huge contribution . Thanks
